Saturday I baked these cookies. Honestly, the best part was the dough, which tasted just like fudge, seconded closely by the cookies straight out of the oven. After that, the day-afters could not really compare, despite the many compliments bestowed by those who consumed them.

I think it was Friday, that I made this grilled cheese, as discovered via Food Gawker. Pepperjack, avocado, (in my case, fake) bacon, & apple slices. She mentions using sourdough bread, but I only had multigrain & it was still craaazy delicious. Go forth & experience!

I recently forgot & remembered the bag of potatoes in my cupboard, resulting in this:

& from a while back, Peanut Butter Button Cookies.

As cute as they may be, however, I think that smooshing them as such kind of detracts from the taste quality of the cookie.
Today is very cloudy, & ripe for an adventure.
